Alan has more than 15 years of experience in ICT and leads successful teams in large-scale projects in the Asia Pacific. He leads many innovative projects that included Future of work, Digitalization, E-Commerce, M-Commerce and O2O. His work includes technology, behaviour science, design thinking and process integration.

He strongly believes Life is much more than an algorithm. Life aspect needs to incorporate into the design process for each phase of development.

He split his time between New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.
