Our Team
We are a multi-disciplinary team comprising highly skilled lawyers, paralegals, accountants, legal projects managers and legal tech specialists.
We combine legal skills, and project management with embedded technology and workflow solutions to drive efficiency in all of our projects. We have in-house technology and expertise in AI assisted review, large scale document processing, data review, analytics, production, collaboration and workflow solutions required to handle large and complicated projects.
Our focus on quality, supported by project management and the latest technology has earned the group a reputation both nationally and internationally for excellence in client service.
We collaborate very closely with the Associates and Partners in the relevant Arthur Cox departments who provide strategic advisory services.
We have an agile resourcing model, where we can scale up at short notice, leveraging our panel of paralegals, lawyers and barristers in addition to our permanent team.
Experience
Relevant recent projects include the following:
- concluding the largest ever loan portfolio sale in the state
- conducting an M&A due diligence exercise for a large multinational corporation which leveraged our AI assisted review platform
- completing of multiple large scale data subject access requests on our in-house data processing platform
- utilising advanced AI techniques to interrogate a multi-terabyte data universe for the purpose of large scale tracker mortgage regulatory investigation
