**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As an Agile Team Leader in the Invest-to-Win team, you will be first feet on the ground at IBM’s largest and most influential Consumer Retail clients, building out teams and constructing innovative solutions. You have the cross-functional leadership skills to bring IBM’s core business units together to solve creative problems for our clients. You are an experienced yet versatile leader who demonstrates a balance of technical acumen, business strategy, and client relationship management; and you possess a talent for identifying opportunities quickly within ambiguous challenges.

1. Using agile methodology and leading scrums

2. Developing MVPs and showing measurable impact in adoption and/or revenue

3. Establishing initial client engagements and identifying key opportunities to expand the account (headcount and/or revenue)

4. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver focused solutions

5. Allocating budget and deploying resources efficiently and effectively

6. Leveraging a commercial mindset in introducing creative product solutions and pricing models

7. Rolling up the sleeves to work on tactical delivery while developing a strategic vision in a fast-paced environment

8. Demonstrating multi-disciplinary skillsets in technical delivery, creative design, and business strategy

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ 3+ years in a project leadership role

+ 5+ years of technology services experience

+ 3+ years experience in consultative sales

+ 3+ years in direct client interfacing roles with business management responsibilities

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Sciences
