(USA-TX-Dallas) Senior Digital Innovation Manager, Innovation technology

**Description**

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an individual with the ability to think in a transformative way, an individual who is well versed in new technology trends and solutions and an individual able to deal with ambiguity and forge a path forward at pace. This individual possesses a deep knowledge of technological trends and the business and technical infrastructure landscape and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to improve business results to the divisions/functions and IT leadership.

The responsibilities for this role are:

+ Interface with Transformation team and National Account BRM and Dedicated Divisions BRM’s leads to understand business goals and requirements, translating them into systems solutions.

+ Develop new technologies from concept to POC, and create steady state plans if scalable for an enterprise roll out

+ Work with agility using all resources (internal & external) to achieve successful pilot test cases

+ Provide management of the innovation demand pipeline

+ Develop agile processes and principles to allow the delivery of POC’s within the enterprise ETP organization

+ Attend and help facilitate all relevant business and decision-making forums which deal with future IT demand and new requirements

+ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all IT innovation related issues to senior management and key stakeholders

+ Develop success KPI’s for IT innovation projects management as well as dashboards and regular reports to create transparency and tracking of change requests and all projects

+ Managing a team in creating user documentation and training to go with ETP deliverables.

**Qualifications**

REQUIRED SKILLS

+ Experience of Agile methodology

+ The ability to translate complex issues in to simple solutions will be essential.

+ Full understanding and experience with sales, operations, and distribution functions of the company and industry to be able to understand, evaluate, and judge the IT requirements of different sectors and locations.

+ Excellent person to person communication skills with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions.

+ Ideally qualified project management methodology

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor’s Degree Required

+ Graduate Degree Preferred (MBA or equivalent curriculum)

+ Note: Sufficient and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements

EXPERIENCE

+ Minimum 10 years experience managing projects or in an operational capacity

+ Minimum 5 years experience in project management of larger IT projects

+ Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role

+ Full understanding and experience with sales, operations, and distribution functions of the company and industry to be able to understand, evaluate, and judge the IT requirements of different sectors and locations.

+ Excellent person to person communication skills with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions.

+ Domestic travel, up to 25%
