The secret about the Innovation Loop is out – Edumanity

There are many good ideas sitting on our and your minds, but only a small portion of them are expressed, shared and discussed. We believe that when people have access to the right tool,  brilliant, innovative ideas will come flooding. Yesterday (7th May) we witnessed just that at Edumanity’s official release of the Innovation Loop. We love using the Innovation Loop to start Idea Campaigns, because it easily and effectively harvests good ideas and refines them into brilliant ideas.

Wine, fingerfood and conversations.

Elia Mörling, Product Manager, unveils the Innovation Loop.

We are strong believers in learning by doing; so instead of wordy instructions, we simply invited our guests to sign up and dive straight into an idea campaign:  “How can we make Kommendanthuset, where our office is, a even more attractive workplace than it is today?”

Guests were invited to take part in an Idea Campaign to help us make Kommendanthuset a top-notch place to work!

Participants were able to submit ideas, rate and comment other ideas, and improve their own ideas based on comments.  An idea can be as simple two words, or as elaborated as photos and videos. It took no time for participants – who had never seen the application before – to understand its mechanism. The fact that we harvested 30 colourful ideas within 30 minutes was another proof that people were really having fun doing this (And we think FUN is a crucial success factor)!

Champagne to Jacob Gustafsson, winner of our first idea campaign!

Congratulations to the winning idea – “Free Wifi!” It’s simple but it makes perfect sense; good connection IS the basis of collaboration!
