Require Propositions– Advancing Regional Management, Development and Network (ALL-IN) Research Study Grant
The Advancing Local Management, Innovation and Networks (ALL-IN) program, a collective research grant program between The Feed the Future Market Danger and Durability Innovation Lab (MRR) and the ICED and funded by USAID announces a require research proposals from researchers at African organizations to advance host country management in defining and implementing research study projects.
Selected research study projects will even more the objective of the MRR Innovation Laboratory to create and transfer into action developments that will boost strength, keeping rural individuals, homes, communities, and markets in positions of economic viability from which they can sustain and speed up a course of inclusive farming growth.
Successfully meeting the objective explained above needs shifting the locus of research control to financial experts in African countries. ALL-IN is created to supply the traditionally under-resourced African economic research community the resources it needs to fully engage and more develop and to totally use regional organizations’ clear paths to regional policy impacts. African scientists will take the lead in defining concerns and will then make use of US university-based mentors for support as required to enhance their capability in the execution and management of massive research jobs.
We invite scientists and organizations that have the abilities, talents, and ideas for impactful research study, even if doing not have in experience carrying out and handling large-scale research projects. As part of this award, the ALL-IN collective team will offer, as required and appropriate, support to researchers and their job supervisors in establishing the capacity to handle and lead this award and others of a similar nature in the future. This award is meant to provide the chance to organizations– both scientists and personnel– to learn by doing, in partnership with coaches and peers at the ALL-IN management organizations.
All selected recipients of research financing under ALL-IN will be onboarded as an independent accomplice and then end up being part of the MRR Development Lab’s virtual research consortium, which will fulfill annually for peer evaluation and feedback on jobs. These conferences, along with other ad-hoc conferences as suitable, will offer the chance to even more improve capability, create opportunities for future locations of inquiry and both widen and deepen research networks for all participants.

We prepare for that 9-12 awards will be made under this request for proposals with a maximum award amount of $450,000.
In order to motivate researchers with concepts that are appealing, but not yet completely established, we will offer a seed grant funding window. Seed grants will provide modest financing ($5000) and other support to allow the development of a full proposition in time for submission in November 2020.
