discovering a laboratory partner to assist me make my products. Once the brand started to grow I might not stay up to date with the demand for orders, because at that time I was still producing the product myself. My products are handcrafted with a great deal of food-grade active ingredients, so I was surprised to discover that laboratories did not want to take me on. They did not like the concept of using components that were natural. They actually tried to persuade me to utilize synthetics. It took a very long time for me to partner with a lab that aligned with my requirements and belief in natural ingredients. How have you utilized innovation to sustain your service?
