17 March 2021
TietoEVRY has entered into an agreement to provide Innovation Norway with next-generation case management and archiving solutions. The aim is to provide Innovation Norway with a high-quality and future-oriented system that will help increase the efficiency of its administrative case management and improve its document capture capabilities in relation to the company’s tasks.
Innovation Norway contributes to sustainable growth and exports for Norwegian businesses through capital and expertise, and it is playing a central role in the transition Norway is facing. Last year, Innovation Norway contributed NOK 12.6 billion to Norwegian business and industry for innovation and development work. A total of 8,100 projects received support in 2020, as compared to 4,600 in 2019. In 2020 Innovation Norway provided support to approximately half of all applications it received.
Modern tools
Modern, standardised and user-friendly solutions are important to Innovation Norway and its workforce of over 700 employees across 24 countries.
TietoEVRY will provide a complete solution – Public 360˚ – for Innovation Norway’s administrative case management, archiving and document management needs.
“It is absolutely crucial for us at Innovation Norway to have modern tools that enable us to work in an efficient and structured way. Following a thorough evaluation, we concluded that TietoEVRY’s solutions will fully meet our needs, and we selected its solution after having carried out a competitive tender process. We are looking forward to a successful and solution-oriented collaboration with TietoEVRY between now and the launch in April 2021”, comments Bjørn O. Olsen, a divisional director at Innovation Norway.
“We are very proud to be able to enter into this agreement with Innovation Norway, which is a dynamic organisation that plays an important role in creating new jobs. With our cloud-based platform Public 360˚, we will ensure that Innovation Norway has a modern and future-oriented case management platform”, explains Christian Pedersen, Managing Partner for TietoEVRY Norway.
Public 360˚ stores project and case documents in a single location, which makes it easy to find, share and update information across departments. The system complies with all the requirements that apply to document and case management, including GDPR. Its integration with Microsoft Office and the ability to automate processes makes it a complete solution for efficient and transparent administration.
The contract with Innovation Norway runs for a maximum contractual term of eight years and represents total contract value of almost NOK 17 million. The work to implement the solution is already well underway, and the plan is for the service to be ready during the second quarter of 2021.
