Another trailblazing year for Onboard Tracker™ ✔️ Flying high from the dynamic event that was ‘Developments and Daquiris,’ it’s that time of the year again when we pause to reflect on the achievements, collaborations, and expansions that have defined our, and your, journey in 2023. One thing remains certain – the commitment to excellence that we share with all of you, fearlessly investing in your digital transformation journeys, has driven us to new heights. Closing the year, Onboard Tracker™ proudly records over 100,000 Energy, Renewables, and Marine personnel across 110 countries, spanning 8000+ on and offshore sites. Our client base has expanded globally, welcoming industry giants like Apache, CRC Evans, and Score Group ‘Onboard.’ Existing clients, including Boskalis, Archer, and James Fisher, have not only reaffirmed their commitment but have also accelerated their global crewing strategies by expanding the use of the system across their respective groups. Onboard Tracker™ has not only streamlined our clients’ processes but has also fortified our position in the global market. More evident than ever is the realisation that integration, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to safety, irrespective of industry competition, form the bedrock of Onboard Tracker™’s success. Working with our User-Base, it has been a privilege to witness numerous industry collaborations this year, with a highlight being the Operator Collaborator Sessions led by Apache and Harbour Energy, focusing on developing Operator-specific POB and Flight Logistics functionality. Our commitment to collaboration extends further, with strengthened partnerships and integrations with other 3rd party providers for Training, Travel, Payroll, and more. Alongside system expansion, our team thrived with key additions, internal promotions, and international adventures. Key additions include Louise, Chloe, and Sophie as Software Support Specialists, Stephen as a Power BI Developer, and new recruits joining our sales and BD team in 2024. Internal promotions saw Vicky becoming Competence Lead, Tanya moving into a Product Manager position, and Lynsey leading the BI team. Zoe completed her ONE grad scheme and now serves as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, while Max became the integration master, facilitating seamless connections with third-party providers. The year kicked off with us being named winners at the Offshore Achievement Awards in the category of ‘Exceptional Impact’, and we’ve certainly lived up to the title. As we approach the year-end, our sights are set on more growth, enhanced functionality, beneficial collaborations, and exciting partnerships in 2024.
