Anand Mahindra thinks this man should get Innovation Award of the Year. Here’s why – India Today
By Srimoyee Chowdhury: The internet is filled with people trying out new things. While some of them can leave one puzzled, others have the ability to wow anybody. Just like this man who has wowed industrialist Anand Mahindra. The Chairman of Mahindra group took to Twitter to share a video of a ‘low cost’ treadmill and it will simply make you amazed.
The video starts with a man pouring a few drops of dishwash liquid on the floor. He then adds a few drops of water and proceeds to make the floor slippery. As the video goes on, the man starts walking on the slippery surface just like one walks on a treadmill. He even increases his speed.
“The lowest cost treadmill in the world. And this year’s Innovation Award trophy goes to…,” reads the caption.

The video has garnered over 1.6 million views and many reactions. People were impressed with the technique and expressed that it is worth giving a try. However, some pointed out, making the floor slippery on purpose can lead to unwanted accidents.
I would add a simple health warning: Not to be tried at home, you would most likely end up with a bloody nose and a handful of teeth. Not the outcome you want from exercising.
