Applications open for the HRH Princess Lalla Meryem Prize for Innovation and Excellence – Moroccan Ladies

The HRH Princess Lalla Meryem Prize for Innovation and Excellence has just kicked off. Indeed, the National Union of Women of Morocco (UNFM) announced the opening of applications until September 15, 2020.

Launched on the sidelines of the celebration, on March 8, of International Women’s Day, held under the effective presidency of HRH Princess Lalla Meryem, President of the UNFM, this prize rewards the initiatives of rural and peri-urban women aged between 20 and 40 years. It aims to promote the culture of innovation among young rural and peri-urban women, through the reward of distinguished initiatives in the 12 regions of the Kingdom, in particular initiatives with a strong social impact that contribute to societal development and the improvement of rural women’s daily life.
