AXA XL names Dan Bendavid as Global Lead of Innovation

AXA XL, the property & casualty and specialty risk division of AXA, has appointed Dan Bendavid as the Global Lead – Innovation within its Operations & Technology team.

In this role, Bendavid will drive AXA XL’s innovation strategy and oversee a global team of experts tasked with implementing focused initiatives in collaboration with external partners.

Bendavid was previously employed at AXA, where he was involved in various strategic projects, such as developing AXA’s digital strategy for Operations and Services. He oversaw program management in Spain and Italy, and later took charge of managing general insurance claims operations in seven countries within the Asia-Pacific region.

After that, he joined AXA Next and became responsible for leading the P&C Business Innovation Center. Before working at AXA, he served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey in Paris.
