Bolton dental firm wins big with digital innovation | The Bolton News
This platform was specially created to enhance the knowledge of dentists, nurses and practice managers.
Every practising dentist in the UK has to fulfil a required amount of points relating to their continuous professional development.
And SynTrain has become a popular avenue to achieve this target since its launch.
The platform, which has taken more than two years to create, is broken down into courses for implants and restorative dentistry.
Dentists using SynTrain are able to take advantage of a variety of interactive and informative material, which may even involve live surgical procedures.
SynTrain offers more than 100 modules for dental support staff and is also available to Synergy’s staff in all of its clinics.
Currently Synergy, which was established around 13 years ago, has eight locations, including surgeries in Blackburn Road and Higher Swan Lane, Bolton, and one in Tenterden Street, Bury.
Their other clinics are in Blackburn, Preston, Ormskirk and Birmingham, as well as their original site in Blackpool.
Dr Zuber Bagasi, Synergy’s clinical director, who lives in Bolton: “We were delighted to have been recognised as pioneers within the world of digital dentistry.
“This area of dentistry is very cutting edge and those dental practices that have embraced the newest technologies are able to offer a higher degree of accuracy, predictability and better treatment outcomes.
“The introduction of this hi-tech equipment, including in-house CT scanners and digital scanners, allows our team to plan and execute complex cosmetic implant cases.
“This goes hand-in-hand with our award-winning training platform allowing our dentists, nurses and treatment co-ordinators to be trained to the highest industry standard.”
