The Team

Aligning the strategies, insights and ambitions of four teams, all while driving internal and industry change is no easy task, which is why the Sustainable Business Strategy (SBS) team was developed. The newly created team supports not just aligning the work of the Innovation, Sustainability, Circular Business and I&D teams, but also embedding sustainability into our business, and ensuring it’s top of mind for every associate, no matter what their role is. By implementing modern and agile reporting systems, we’re helping to measure, track and drive change, closely monitoring and communicating progress on our SB&I journey. Always keeping a pulse on industry trends and tricks, the SBS team ensures that the larger SB&I team and our business is not just prepared for “now”, but also for “next”.  Through education, trainings and engagements, the SBS team is driving excitement, partnership and empowering our teams to work towards a better fashion industry, together.

The Position

As a key team member within the Sustainable Business & Innovation and Global Corporate Communications teams, this role will help to support Tommy Hilfiger’s ambitious sustainability vision to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All. This role will support on a wide range of initiatives, working with numerous teams across the business including Sustainability, Innovation, I&D, Social Media, Public Relations, Events, Brand Marketing and more! The role supports the day-to-day execution of the Sustainable Business & Innovation Communications strategies, in building and protecting the reputation of the Business, Brand and Leadership through proactive research, tracking and reporting, crisis management, powerful asset and messaging development.
