NDO – The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam held a launch for the ‘Youth for Climate Innovation Contest’ in Hanoi on May 28.
