Digitalization and Innovation Manager

Communication and coordination with Global Business Process Excellence (GBPE) team on Automation projects. Awareness of Automation development pipeline;
Collect Automation requirements from Ocean team and align with Technology & Architecture (T&A), GBPE, and Regional Process Owners, and Global Process Owners on Automation projects to avoid duplication of work or to incorporate learnings from other offices;
Coordinate the documentation of Automation solutions with SMEs, including the click-by-click documentation and follows up with Technology & Architecture (T&A) the development of the solution;
Liaise with Technology & Architecture (T&A) for the deployment of solutions in UAT, including testing together with SMEs;
Signs-off the Automation solution to move from UAT to PROD environment;
Deploy the new solution into the Air & Ocean organization in close coordination with the GPO, Operations Managers, Team Managers, and SMEs;
Represents Air& Ocean in regional and global communities to assess the global deployment of the SGBS Automation solutions;
Liaison person for GBPE on mapping in Signavio new processes, process changes resulted from optimization or automation, DTPs;
Ensures process alignment across branches in close coordination with GPOs;
Constant cooperation with Ocean Business Support Specialist (OBSS), Seniors, and Team Managers to identify best practices that can be applied across teams or even across Ocean tower;
Drive the Ideas4SGBS program together with team managers and Operations Managers;
Be aware of new migrations and scope increases and make sure documentation, process mapping, DTPs, and training are in place;
Liaise with IT for technical IT support, being the escalation point for Team Managers and Ocean Business Support Specialist to drive a quick resolution;
Responsible for adequate stakeholder management;
In charge of management reporting, visibility of the performance, and to enforce a standard operating model (daily huddles, weekly routines during team meetings, etc.);
Drive projects as agreed with the Service Delivery Head;
Other tasks as agreed together with the Service Delivery Head;
