From Digital Transformation to Digital Innovation… Are you Ready?

AGL, Office of State Revenue QLD, Three Discussion Panels plus MORE at Upcoming SAUG Event

Most organisations have now accepted, either willingly or begrudgingly, the need for digital transformation; to integrate technologies across the organisation to meet increasingly sophisticated customer demands and remain agile and competitive in this digital environment. Digital transformation necessitates a metamorphosis in both infrastructure and processes; potentially changing the way the business operates and delivers value.

What may not have dawned however is that digital transformation is not an end state, but an ongoing journey. This ‘transformation’ is not a one off. It requires a cultural shift within the organisation where the status quo is continuously challenged – where we ask ourselves how new technologies can improve the way we do things. And then being agile enough to be able to integrate these opportunities into the business. This is digital innovation.

On Thursday 13 May, the SAP Australian User Group will be holding the Digital Innovation (Brisbane) Conference 2021, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM. This virtual conference will feature short, high impact sessions and will showcase exceptional examples of digital transformation and innovation.
