Global Innovation Youth Leaders Summit Ends Training For Many In Paynesville

The International Innovation Youth Leaders Summit Liberia Chapter or GIYLS Liberia Chapter over the weekend ended a day-long leadership training for dozens of young individuals in Paynesville City, outside Monrovia.

The International Innovation Youth Leaders Top is a Global not-for-profit community that promotes and produces ideas for social change and entrepreneurial modification of any kind by combining trainees, specifically disadvantaged students. Speaking at the training, GIYLS Liberia Chapter, Ambassador Alfred Kollie said the management training which focuses on personal advancement in management, leadership qualities and developing network is planned to combine youths who have actually revealed interest in working GIYLS-Liberia Chapter and to deepen their leadership skills, individual development and group building knowledge and foster active participation on the operations and activities of GIYLS-Liberia Chapter.

Ambassador Kollie observed that for one to be successful in any company, leaders need to have the basic abilities and understanding about management and the institution in which he or she serve or lead.

” As we embark on this journey, I urged all of us to engage in to volunteerism and serve as ambassadors of favorable change that will transform our lives and society by carefully using the abilities obtained here today” he said.

According to Ambassador Kollie,” It is about time that we provide our resources, time, energy and enthusiasm for our communities, Nation and the world over by assisting to enhance the living conditions of youths and prevent doing things that would damage our future as leaders of tomorrow”.

He motivated participants to offer their services in offering back to their neighborhood by positively making difference to individuals around and supply chances for young individuals especially the impoverished.

” At GYILS Liberia Chapter, let us cultivate the spirit of volunteerism to cultivate higher love, peace and joy in the human spirit to motivate others who have currently quit in life”.

” My fellow young leaders, let us not enable greedy, self-centered people and political leaders to use our unemployment to develop or cause issue in society that would weaken our future as it is frequently stated that the jobless youth are the difficulty makers in society. Let us alter that mind set and do what is best” he concluded.

For his part, the Founder and Executive of the Young African Leadership Development Institute, Young Leaders of Africa YOLEAF Network, Ambassador Clarence H. Cole prompted youths to crate the passion for leadership in making Liberia a better place.

Ambassador Cole desires youths devoted to their visions and dreams in order to establish their personal management design.

” Be enthusiastic, search for understanding and volunteer your services. Be dedicated to your vision and dream in order to prosper in you activities as a young individual,” he said.

Speaking on behalf of the participants, Cassandra Walker thanked the organization for the opportunity to form part of the management.
