Griffin St Louis Joins TEDCO as Program Manager, Maryland Innovation Initiative (MII)
Griffin St Louis has joined TEDCO as the new Program Manager for the Maryland Innovation Initiative (MII) program. Griffin offers a diverse and polished skillset that is reflected strongly in his approach to management, communication, and organization as a technology transfer professional. Most recently, he served as a Program Manager for the Maryland Defense Technology Commercialization Center (DefTech) where he was responsible for providing tailored, one-on-one support to an expansive portfolio of client companies and entrepreneurs interested in commercializing technology from Department of Defense laboratories.
“ The MII program de-risks technologies at our partner universities and works with them to create startups. Our program is technology agnostic but we strong on intellectual property. As program manager for the fund, Griffin will be able to leverage his technical experience with his tech transfer & venture creation expertise to accelerate our ever-growing portfolio of projects from bench to market,” shared Arti Santhanam, Executive Director, Maryland Innovation Initiative Fund at TEDCO. “It is a unique position requiring a unique set of talents and we are so excited to have him on board.”
Griffin earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a minor degree in marketing from Mississippi State University while being additionally educated to the master’s level in business administration.
