Hallmark and Home Instead become founding partners of Care Innovation Hub
Hallmark Care Homes and Home Instead Senior Care have become the first founding partners of the Care Innovation Hub (CIH).
The news comes as CIH prepares for this year’s Care Innovation Challenge, which is designed to generate ideas to tackle social care’s biggest problems.
Avnish Goyal, Chair of Hallmark, (pictured) said: “Hallmark Care Homes is excited to be supporting the Care Innovation Hub as we drive to create a care sector fit for the third decade of the 21st-century. Innovation and technology will help us find low cost solutions to support the aspirations and increasing demands from residents.”
The Care Innovation Challenge takes place on 5th, 6th & 7th July and is open to all interested in entrepreneurship and social impact. The Care Innovation Club introduces CIH’s entrepreneurs to leaders in the sector who are keen to collaborate and solve the biggest issues in care.
Navin Mayani, CIH’s CEO, commented: “We are delighted to have Hallmark Care Homes and Home Instead join us as founding partners- a key role that enables active collaboration between our organisations. Our founding partners will work closely with our entrepreneurs at the Care Innovation Challenge to discuss the sector’s biggest issues and brainstorm ideas to identify long-term solutions. They will act as judges at the final and select a winner at the event held in the Department of Health and Social Care.”
