Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as single point of contact for D&B on overall delivery, providing business and technical clarification from onshore.
  • Serve as single point of contact for prioritizing & fulfilling high priority and month end deliverables from onshore.
  • Manage the overall quality of the deliverables through continuous automation and process improvements.
  • Work with client stakeholders on solutions related to batch fulfilment.
  • Provide technical solution to complex and non-standard deliverables working closely with D&B Delivery Consultants (DCs) and offshore team
  • Gather client’s business and technical requirements
  • Architect and propose solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
  • Perform analysis on large datasets to make and implement recommendations for maximizing customer experience.
  • Prepare functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders including data, infrastructure, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues.
  • Review root cause analysis and determine the technical remediation for customer defects.
  • Provide work around /solutions to overcome the delivery bottle necks during on-demand governance or escalation call.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science. At least 10 years of experience working with primary teams such as: Delivery, PMO, Contracts Management, Vendor Management, Financial Management, P&L Leadership and C-Suites within the client base. Experience managing BPO/AMS contracts and/or operations > 75 FTEs
  • Good working knowledge in SAS & Easytrieve
  • Proven experience in data analytics, data science, automation, AI/ML
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence and strategic communication skills (written and oral)
  • Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, designing and delivering business and IT transformational activities
  • Understanding of emerging technologies including Blockchain, automation and AI; specifically, the application of these technologies within business processes to generate value for clients
