RMA of Michigan, a Michigan-based, regional leader in advanced fertility care, and Innovation Fertility, a network of leading IVF clinics and laboratories, today announced that RMA of Michigan has been acquired by affiliates of Innovation Fertility. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. RMA of Michigan is led by founders Brad T. Miller, M.D., FACOG, and Lynda Wolf, M.D., FACOG.
