Innovation have a new Summer home for 2020
Innovation, the pioneers of the drum and bass clubbing holiday, recently launched the website for the summer 2020 instalment of their annual D&B summer getaway, Innovation In The Sun. Taking place from 23rd -30th June 2020, next summer’s event marks a pivotal change for this established brand, for the first time in the events 17 year history Innovation In The Sun is switching locations!!
In 2004 Innovation took the bold move to relocate their already successful drum and bass weekenders from the safety of a holiday park in the South of England, to the previously untested shores of Spain. While the idea of D&B club holidays seems normal these days, back in the mid-noughties it was a new concept for the scene. Thankfully this renegade manoeuvre paid off and Innovation In The Sun became the name on people lips looking for sun, sea and DnB!
Innovation spent 16 years at the resort of Lloret de Mar but decided the time is right to try something new. They have scouted several locations over the last few months and have settled on the resort of Benidorm for their 2020 outing. With flights from across Europe into the local airport of Alicante being incredibly cheap, Benidorm has all the amenities that come with a tried and tested resort. Of course, Innovation has secured a venue with its own swimming pool and the loudest sound system in the area, we’re sure this will be worth checking out.
The line up is yet to be announced, but Innovation have promised their ever-popular waterpark party, boat parties and foam parties will return at the new resort. And of course, with the new location comes new experiences!
