International Automotive Innovation Awards open for entries at the upcoming EQUIP AUTO show in Lyon

EQUIP AUTO, the globally renowned event for innovation in automotive aftermarket and repair services and connected mobility, has announced that entries are now open for its International Awards for Automotive Innovation.

The awards ceremony will take place during the upcoming EQUIP AUTO show, hosted at Eurexpo Lyon from Sept. 28-30, 2023.

The awards, a highlight of the event, will spotlight and celebrate the most innovative concepts, products, and services that are enhancing the automotive industry, especially those that provide notable benefits to the user, the automotive maintenance and service professional. The competition is open to all exhibitors at the show.

As a testament to the event’s importance, 9 out of 10 exhibitors have said that EQUIP AUTO is a key showcase for innovation, with visitors ranking the discovery of new products as a prime reason for attending, according to a recent survey.

The International Awards for Automotive Innovation Board, a diverse group of journalists from trade and consumer media, has established four categories for this year’s awards. The categories include Engineering, Bodywork, Repair/Maintenance and Services to Professionals.

The board will create a shortlist of entries, after which a jury composed of specialized French and international journalists will cast their votes from Sept. 19-22, 2023. The winners in each category will be announced on Sept. 27, one day before the exhibition opens. The official awards ceremony will be held on Sept. 28, 2023, during the show, onstage in the live content forum.

EQUIP’AUTO SAS, the organizer of the event, has a strong reputation for creating international-scale, industry-acclaimed trade events in the field of automotive aftersales and services for connected mobility.

Owned by FIEV, Federation of Vehicle Equipment Industries , the FFC – French Bodywork Federation (FFC) – and the Comexposium Group, EQUIP AUTO aims to constantly foster interaction and knowledge sharing among key figures in the automotive value chain, with the goal of reimagining services for mobility.
