Julie has been in the wireless industry for many years working as a Site Acquisition Specialist/Project Manager for telecom site development companies. These companies provided turnkey solutions required to design, build, optimize, and maintain telecommunications for clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Crown Castle, American Tower, Vertical Bridge, and T-Mobile.

She also has experience in 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE, New Tower Builds, Colocations, Tower Modifications, Leasing, Regulatory Compliance, Zoning, and Permitting, as well as assisting in the implementation of small cell review processes to help jurisdictions. She is currently a member of the Tennessee Wireless Association.
