LG Wins Several 2021 CES Best of Innovation Awards!
The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) is recognizing LG Electronics for innovations in technology and design with a number of 2021 CES Innovation Awards.
With two Best of Innovation Awards for its OLED TV technology and InstaView Door-in-Door Refrigerator technology, LG will be receiving dozens of CES Innovation Awards, the most for the brand.
CES 2021 marks the 8th consecutive year that LG OLED TVs, sound bars, home appliances, premium smartphones, and more have all received CES Innovation Awards, considered as the official industry recognition for the most innovative products introduced at CES – the global stage for innovation.
For this year’s CES, LG OLED TV technology is again being recognized with the CES Best of Innovation Award, this time in the gaming category. For the first time, LG Home Appliances received the CES Best of Innovation Award distinction for the InstaView Door-in-Door technology pioneered by LG to let users see what’s inside while keeping food fresh, striking the perfect balance between form and function.
The refrigerator is equipped with the company’s innovative voice recognition technology so opening the door with arms full of groceries is just a voice command away.
CES 2021 Innovation Awards will go to new LG Home Appliances anchored by several LG InstaView Door-in-Door refrigerators, thew WashTower single-unit laundry solution that takes up half the floor space while being able to tackle ultra-large loads, the LG ColdZero ThinQ Vacuum, and other laundry and air care solutions including the PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier that will be announced at CES.
The groundbreaking LG WING lead LG’s multiple CES Innovation Awards for mobile devices. It has a 6.8-inch P.OLED FullVision edge-to-edge screen that swivels clockwise to rotate 90 degrees and revel a second 3.9-inch P-OLED display, and is the first smartphone in LG’s Explorer Project, delivering a new multi-screen experience on the latest 5G networks.
The LG Velvet also earned the same award. It packs a 6.8-inch OLED Cinematic FullVision display, versatile cameras, 5G capability at an exceptional value.
The first all-digital CES will happen from January 11 to 14, 2021, and will be a platform to launch products, engage with global brands, and define the future of the industry.
