Reports To: Vice President, Technical Strategy and Innovation
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt

How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?
The Sr. Coordinator, TSI will provide logistical, administrative, documentation, and programmatic support to the TSI team. They will support TSI leadership (External TA, Catalytic Initiatives and Program Optimization, Innovation, Technical strategies and leadership), coordinate technical assistance (TA) requests through a TA Hub, provide support to document EGPAF’s evidence-based approaches, and periodically support technical assistance assignments. They will also coordinate and organize international conferences for EGPAF.

To be successful, you will have:
• 1-2+ years administrative experience (Admin Assistant, Program Coordinator, etc.)
• Educational or professional experience in HIV and/or public health
• Experience planning and coordinating meetings and conferences
• Experience with communication and information sharing platforms such as SharePoint and MS Teams
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Bonus points if you have:
• Experience planning and coordinating meetings and conferences in Africa
