TaskUs Wins Best Workforce Management Innovation Award at the 2022 Global Workforce Management Industry Excellence Awards | TaskUs

TaskUs (Nasdaq: TASK), a global provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, bagged the Best Workforce Management (WFM) Innovation Award at the 2022 Global Workforce Management (GWFM) International Summit held in Bangalore, India. The annual event recognized TaskUs and other professional organizations worldwide for their most innovative and best-in-class workforce management practices.

During the GWFM International Summit’s 48-hour online hackathon in September, TaskUs showcased a concept combining features from two WFM tools—NICE IEX and TaskVerse. As an organization that empowers its people, TaskUs uses NICE IEX webstation to allow employees to manage their schedule on their own. Meanwhile, TaskVerse is TaskUs’ proprietary crowdsourcing platform that connects the global community of freelancers to a variety of tasks supporting the world’s most disruptive companies. Combining the two, TaskUs came up with a WFH concept that supports optimal staffing for business channels while providing self-service options for users.

“We are honored to be recognized by the GWFM for the second consecutive year. This is a testament to TaskUs’ culture of innovation that permeates the organization to support our teammates and clients,” said Amit Sharma, TaskUs Global Vice President and Head of Workforce Management.
TaskUs adds the Best WFM Innovation Award to its roster of prestigious recognitions earned this year, including “Company of the Year” from the American Business Awards, “Best Leadership Teams” from Comparably, and “Achievement in Customer Satisfaction” from the International Business Awards. TaskUs was also named the world’s fastest-growing business process service provider in the Everest Group’s Top 50 report, praising the company for its quick response to the COVID-19 pandemic enabling unabated growth.
