How do coworking hot desks work?

You can come up to 2 days each month (it does not roll over), Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, unless otherwise concurred by previous plan. If you need more regular access to the area, we provide hot desks at $50 each day, exclusively for virtual workplace members.Do I need to book my hot desk or conference room gos to in advance? Weneed 24 hours advance notification for reservations so we can make arrangements for

badging with our building security group. When are hot desks and conference rooms readily available? As soon as you have actually scheduled your hot desk date or conference space, you may get here at any time in between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday to examine in and get located. Other times may

be readily available by unique plan. While it’s essential to arrive in between 9am and 5pm, you are welcome to leave later than 5pm. How do meeting room work? Conference rooms are offered Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. They are subject to schedule, and are reserved in 2-hour time blocks. Virtual Office members get 5 hours of meeting room time monthly. Extra meeting room time

is offered at$350/hour. Can associates and customers join me? Hot desk and lounge use is restricted to the Virtual Office member. However, customers and associates are welcome to join you for conferences in conference spaces. How does reception work? Our friendly receptionist will greet callers similar to you’re a member company onsite here at Runway. She will take a message and

then email you. When is reception offered? Live reception is offered Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
