TWIGA Innovation Lab Challenge for Start-ups in Digital Health 2020
TWIGA is accepting applications from Startups and Entrepreneurs from South Africa and Tanzania for its Innovation Lab Challenge in 2020.
TWIGA is a bilateral initiative between the Republic of South Africa and the United Republic of Tanzania towards the promotion of collaboration and innovation between the start-up ecosystems and hubs in the two countries, particularly focusing on the Digital Health and Food Security sectors.
South Africa and Tanzania hosted challenge creation workshops with key stakeholders and identified two grand challenges that are critical for the growth and sustainability of African continent. In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic it has become critical to support innovations that focus on sustainable Food security solutions and safeguards the Health of our people.
