Location: Brixton, Lambeth

Hours: 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday) 

Duration: Fixed Term for 6 months                                    

Salary: Hourly rate at London living wage (£10.85)

Business Launchpad are looking for 2 young people that will be part of a team of 4 to complete our 6 month Youth Innovation Fellowship programme. The programme offers young people the opportunity to learn while working and have access to £500 start-up funding for their business idea.

Our 4 Youth Innovation Fellows will be working as a team with the Lambeth community to develop business ideas that will inspire social change in the local area. Throughout the 6 months the Youth Innovation Fellows will receive coaching and training to develop themselves as entrepreneurs and learn the skills to support their community with enterprise whilst developing their own business idea. As well as receiving funding to support their own business idea, the fellowship team will be awarding grants to the social entrepreneurs from the Lambeth community.

This programme has been designed to be accessible to all young people in Lambeth. This opportunity is ideal for young people who want to develop their confidence, build on their individual strengths and passions while developing business and leadership skills and gaining work experience. We aren’t looking for perfect applicants but rather, for young people who are ready to grow, learn and take on this journey of self-development and change making.
