Today, the Innovation Business Center (IBC) in Newnan, GA is underway. This project is ground-up construction of two rear load spec tilt warehouses totaling 403,648 square feet. The scope of work of these warehouses includes concrete, structural steel, MEPs, sitework, 115 trailer parking spaces, and 388 employee parking spaces. The North Building has 38 dock doors, and the South Building has 41 dock doors. While we are currently wrapping up the base buildings, we have started on a buildout within the South Building. The tenant improvement (TI) in the South Building includes 2,400 square feet of office space and 61,318 SF of warehouse space.
